We offer full global support and a full scope of support services and plans for our customers with rapid onsite response times and guaranteed replacement parts,  as well as training and professional services to help you manage, optimize, and get the most out of your Violin Memory solutions.

Support Services and Plans

In addition to a comprehensive warranty, Violin Memory offers three levels of support services:

  • Bronze – Includes 24x7x365 access to technical support, software support (including access to major upgrades and maintenance releases), and next-business-day hardware delivery.
  • Silver – Includes everything in the Bronze plan plus next-business-day hardware delivery, and hardware replacement by a trained field service engineer.
  • Gold — Includes everything in the Bronze plan plus 4-hour replacement hardware delivery, and hardware replacement by a trained field service engineer.
