SupportViolin is committed to the success of installations and their ongoing support. The performance of applications using Violin products is measured both in terms of response/job completion times, as well as the availability of the system and the infrequency of any data loss. Violin will provide on-site support through organizations that already have both this capability and staff in place to ensure that project requirements are met. This will also ensure that there are offices in close proximity to the client. These organizations will be in-house, regional or multi-national. The important criteria will be the technical skill and response-time that these organizations offer and their compatibility with the project administrator. Violin's internal organization is focused on the delivery of excellent technical support to both users of the equipment and the on-site partnership organizations. This support includes documentation, software drivers, platform software and technically expert customer service, available by either phone or email.
